Property Management

        The Leasing department is GL Commercial Property Management.
        GL Commercial Property Management can be found online at
        www.glcpm.com. Together with Lahav Investments, we have
        established new standards for enhancing value by utilizing our
        positive working relationships with valued tenants, vendors and
        municipalities. The success of each property under our
        management depends upon the success of its Tenants.
        Therefore, we closely monitor the profitability and occupancy
        costs of each Tenant in order to anticipate any successes or
        potential failures as if we own the property. Our goal is to not
        only meet our customers expectations, but to surpass them.

        GL Commercial Property Management is a full service management
        company that oversees every property's operation. Day-to-day
        functions include:

Development and Design

Analysis and planning of
new structural design.
Redesign of existing facade
and Tenant division for a
cost effective and efficient
eye- catching development.

Construction Management

Supervise and manage
the Tenant improvement
and construction process.
Collaborate with tried
and tested Contractors
and Sub-contractors to
adhere to strict planning,
deadlines, and cost control measures.

Lease administration, including rent and NNN collections

Monthly detailed reporting and the annual budget

Competitive vendor and on-site staff selection, and supervision

Debt service management

Real property tax assessment and insurance review and consultation

Leasing oversight

Regular on-site property inspections to insure excellent maintenance
